Oki-Ryu incorporates the core philosophies and techniques established by the early founders of American Kenpo -- Grand Master Ed Parker, Professor Nick Cerio, and Grand Master George Pesare. To the basic Kenpo style, elements from other styles, including, judo, jiujitsu, tae kwon do, and kung fu have been added, resulting in a well rounded martial arts system suitable for all fitness levels.

ages 3 and up
Our studio offers an uniquely creative experience for kids of all ages. Asana Kids hosts a blend of creative movement and kid-friendly yoga poses, all intended to foster a growing sense of self and all the traits that come along with that.
Ages 16 and up
The American Open Sword System is a step by step curriculum that introduces the student to the Japanese long sword - the Katana. Students learn traditional styles of drawing and returning the weapon, strikes, blocks and guards. The system features over 60 offensive and defensive maneuvers that, when mastered, provide a solid basis for wielding the Japanese sword.
Ages 16 and up
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial arts and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint-locks and choke-holds to force an opponent to submit.
